Second Lives

Second Lives is an internet TV series focusing on the connection between the corporate and the not-for-profit sector.

For the past two years, evoTV has interviewed many of the biggest names in the business and finance community. While their roles and views have been diverse, many of these professionals have had one common interest – philanthropy.

The biggest common denominator is that every act of philanthropic giving, and every recipient, has a story. And most of the time, these stories go untold to the broader public. The people you will see in Second Lives will inspire you, and expose a more human side to the corporate sector and the transformations that are happening daily because of this connection.

The core of Second Lives is to create short format internet television shows based around an individual charity or organisation per episode. Within that 10 minute episode, the story of an individual’s journey with that organisation unfolds.

No longer is philanthropy about the wealthy supporting their favourite cause. Philanthropy is about everyone participating in a community that betters our society and mankind as a whole.
