WE ARE A MEDIA LED EDUCATION COMPANY FOR TV AND WEBWE BRING BUSINESS AND FINANCE TO LIFE BY TELLINGENTERTAINING AND INSPIRING STORIES.
No More Practice began as an educational reality TV series created for the financial planning and accounting community, aimed at providing the education, insight and access to industry experts to help you grow your business. No More Practice, a wholly owned franchise of evolution media group, has now developed into a holistic educational platform. At its heart is an ongoing reality TV series following real case studies of advisers and accountants going through growth and sale scenarios. It is CPD accredited and has production values akin to network television. The series has a two-year track record and over 14,000 registered viewers who are loyal to the content proposition. The series is supported by a weekly CPD accredited e-newsletter that provides access to and insight from some of the most senior players in the financial services arena. This is also distributed via the AFA. An annual event has also now been created, where advisers and accountants can attend a CPD accredited conference to access expert advice, learn from case studies, secure opportunities to network and build their proposition. For 2013 the educational platform has been further expanded to include a range of practical tools like the Business Valuator, aimed at helping business owners understand what their business is really worth. The 2013 series of No More Practice features on Sky Business from February 2013.

In the politically correct world of today, few are prepared to take a stand on the issues that most affect us. Our entrepreneurial spirit has slowly evaporated as herd mentality, fear of risk and primacy of the shareholder take centre stage. In a joint-venture collaboration with CPA Australia, evolution media group has created The Bottom Line, a cross-platform leadership initiative aimed at bringing to bear the collective wisdom of those leaders who’ve risked it all and emerged at the top. The initiative has attracted some of the most influential names of our time – Neil Armstrong, Bryce Courtenay, David Gonski and Ita Buttrose amongst them. At the core of the show is Alex Malley, CEO of CPA Australia, an organisation intrinsically committed to leadership through education and representing over 130,000 professionals across the region. As a CEO, Alex is able to get to the heart of the story in a way that few can, bringing into sharp focus the things we need to do to continue this nation’s prosperity in this time of change. The Bottom Line is our collective commitment to inspiring better leadership. The Icons Series features on Channel Nine Australia from February 2013.

With only two in ten working Aussies having an advice relationship, we are a nation that is significantly under advised. The advised minority have been shown to be genuinely happier and wealthier. But the un-advised majority don’t see value and worse still, don’t trust the profession. Your Best Interests is a joint-venture initiative with the Association of Financial Advisers to change these perceptions and increase the number of Australians benefiting from advice.
